1. Collection
You can arrange to collect at our stores which are located just off the N7 near Dublin. If you would like to collect your purchase when processing your order, select ‘collection’. If you are planning to collect a playhouse please contact us to verify packaging size and vehicle required. Please allow approximately 3-5 working days for your order to be processed once received at our head office. A member of our team will be in touch to inform you of when your order will be ready for collection.
2. Products requiring assembly/installation
Some of the products on our website require installation, all of the playhouses, for example. We can recommend an excellent installation team for the Leinster area. If you would their details please email or call us at the contact below for more information. Please note that all products for installation require a clear and level site, with side entrance access (no overhead height restrictions). If you have any questions please contact our sales office.

Once your order has been received by our office a member of our team will be in touch to inform you of when your order will be delivered.
Please allow approximately 5-15 working days for delivery (depending on product) we will be as efficient as possible in getting your order despatched.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery at a particular time and deliveries are Monday to Friday. We use third party couriers for deliveries nationwide. Please see the dispatch note and delivery email for further information. (Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.)
